About Me

Hi I’m Emma,  I offer therapeutic massage treatments, Thai, Oil-based and Pregnancy, working predominantly from a traditional Thai massage foundation.

Having trained comprehensively in Thailand and Europe with leading teachers in the field of Thai massage and Thai medicine, Osteopathy and integrated body-work, my practice is continuously evolving to suit the individual and specifics needs of my patients.

Using a rich combination of Thai massage, Osteo Thai, integrated soft-tissue and fascia body-work techniques, my primary focus is to improve and balance the movement of blood, lymph, nerves and breath throughout the body, to encourage freer movement within the joints, muscles and soft tissues and consequently remove pain and tensions held in the body.

I work intuitively and sensitively with the specific needs of the individual; encouraging awareness of personal postural habits & patterns, in order to release and alter them.  Through body assessment, dynamic massage, and detailed aftercare advice, I assist people in achieving better overall mobility and attaining a more balanced, open and free flowing energy within both body and mind.

I have a strong, dedicated daily Yoga practice & am passionate about maintaining good health through regular exercise, balanced diet and regular massage. I believe that integrated Thai and holistic body-work can significantly transform peoples health and well-being both physically and emotionally and I am dedicated to helping others to achieve these changes.

I have many years experience giving massage in the South west at Neal’s Yard Remedies, at music and yoga festivals throughout the UK, including running a healing space for Artists and crew backstage at Glastonbury Music festival.

I currently practice at Practice Rooms in Exeter and teach Introductory and Practitioner Thai Massage courses in Devon and run retreats in the UK and Europe.
