ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Sadly the Estuary clinic studio has closed for the foreseeable future to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and keep the local and wider community safe and protected. And I have also stopped teaching group classes at home.
This is a challenging and difficult time for everyone, so we are all doing what we can to stay grounded and connected within ourselves and with each other.

So to help keep this connection and to continue with the deeply necessary and invaluable practice of Yoga, I am going to teach online live from my home every week and would be really happy if you can join.

Classes will be restricted to 10 people. I will give some demonstration of postures, and will be giving very clear verbal cues and instruction. As much as possible I will observe and correct students to ensure accurate alignment and good posture.

I found the course to be fulfilling on both a personal and professional level. The learning techniques and approach used by Emma, make for a relaxed and grounded environment which encourages an innate understanding of the techniques used in this discipline. I thoroughly enjoyed the tutorial weekends and look forward to broadening my knowledge through my future practice and training sessions.
