Thai Massage is an ancient body work which combines rhythmical compression along the ‘sen’ (energy lines), passive stretching and breathing techniques to encourage the release of congestion, adhesions and stagnancy in the muscles, soft tissue of the body. By releasing tension in the body we can increase the flow of ‘lom’ (movement of fluids in the body) improving blood circulation, lymph & neural function and aid the removal of waste and toxins more effectively from the body.
