To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus and keep the local and wider community safe and protected, I have now started provided online yoga classes, so we can to stay grounded and connected within ourselves and with each other.
Whilst the current lockdown measures are in place I will not be offering any massage treatments. I suspect this will be the case for the next few months at least. I look forward to getting back into giving Massage treatments in the summer time and in addition running workshops and Massage training in Autumn and into 2021. I will keep information on courses updated here.
I am very happy to do one to one (two) Yoga teaching online if you are interested? Feel free to contact me by email or phone.
In the meantime, I trust that you are able to stay well and without too much stress or anxiety.
With warm wishes
Thai Massage is an ancient body work which combines rhythmical compression along the ‘sen’ (energy lines), passive stretching and breathing techniques to encourage the release of congestion, adhesions and stagnancy in the muscles, soft tissue of the body. By releasing tension in the body we can increase the flow of ‘lom’ (movement of fluids in the body) improving blood circulation, lymph & neural function and aid the removal of waste and toxins more effectively from the body.
We also offer;
I believe that integrated Thai and holistic body-work can significantly transform peoples health and well-being both physically and emotionally and I am dedicated to helping others to achieve these changes.
I currently practice at the Practice Rooms in Exeter and teach Introductory and Practitioner Thai Massage courses in Devon and run retreats in the UK and Europe.

Fairly inevitably we are going to have to postpone the retreat for the for-seeable future. We would love to be able to reschedule the retreat and would obviously be delighted if you would still like to be a part of it.However with the uncertainty of how the current situation will unravel, we are, as yet unable to confirm new dates; our hope would be to rebook for September, or if not, May 2021. We may be incredibly well practised in the art of retreating by then! Louise and Emma invite you to join them for 5 days of dynamic Astanga inspired Yoga teachings combined with an introduction to the healing therapeutic practice of Thai massage. We will be focusing on how to develop a regular self practice, looking at alignment principles and breathing techniques.
Totally delightful, healing & respectful - an elf with amazing hands and a huge soul.
JH – Counsellor & Trainer
I found the course to be fulfilling on both a personal and professional level. The learning techniques and approach used by Emma, make for a relaxed and grounded environment which encourages an innate understanding of the techniques used in this discipline. I thoroughly enjoyed the tutorial weekends and look forward to broadening my knowledge through my future practice and training sessions.
